基于 CFD 的重型卡车高位进气管性能分析及优化

Abstract: Three-dimensional configuration and analysis caculation of a new designed swirl high level instake tube on heavy duty truck are carried out in this paper. Influence on intake resistance, prefiltration efficiency and water separation efficiency of three swirl tube structure are analysised based on K-? terbulence model. The optimal design scheme can guide design process and provide theoretical support for bench performance test later.

摘要: 文章针对新设计的某重型卡车旋流式高位进气管进行三维构型及分析计算,利用 K-? 湍流模型分析了三种 旋流管结构对进气阻力、预滤效率、水分离效率的影响,得出最优设计方案用来指导设计工作,为后期的台架性能 验证提供理论支撑。
