Abstract: At the present stage, the common steering transmission way is cross shaft, due to the space constraints of steering column and steering intermediate, constant speed transmission is difficult to guarantee. Based on the theory of cross axle motion, this paper analyzes the layout of the steering system which affects the steering torque fluctuation, discusses the calculation method of analyzing the steering torque fluctuation based on the change of steering angle, and verifies the effectiveness of the calculation method through a passenger car.

摘要: 现阶段汽车普遍的转向传动方式是非等速的十字轴,由于受转向管柱和转向中间轴布置空间的限制,其传 动等速性难以保证。通过十字轴运动理论分析影响转向力矩波动的转向系统布置方式,探讨基于转向角的变化分析 转向力矩波动的计算方法,并通过某乘用车验证计算方法的有效性。
