Abstract: In this paper, an equal-width straight all-aluminum frame is designed for light truck. The frame is made of 7-series aluminum alloy 7050 with high yield strength and high stress corrosion fracture resistance, and advanced thick plate manufacturing technology. One-time extrusion molding can effectively improve the mechanical performance of the frame system. The development process is based on the virtual verification of the frame strength, modal and fatigue based on the finite element analysis software Hypermesh, and then the torsional fatigue of the frame is verified through the focus of the bench test. The test shows that the performance of the frame system meets the design and Requirements. At the same time, the weight can be reduced by 35%-45% compared to the all-aluminum frame of the same type of steel frame.

摘要: 论文针对某轻型载货车开发一款等宽直通型全铝车架,该车架采用高屈服强度、高抗应力腐蚀断裂性能的 7 系铝合金材料 7050,应用先进的变厚板制造技术,一次挤压成型,可有效提升车架系统力学性能。开发过程首先 基于有限元分析软件 Hypermesh 对车架强度、模态及疲劳进行虚拟验证,然后通过台架试验重点对该车架的扭转 疲劳进行验证,试验表明车架系统各项性能均满足设计及使用要求。与此同时相对于同类别钢制车架全铝车架可降 重 35%~45%。
