Abstract: This thesis researches heavy truck powerplant mounting system technology from mount layout, material, internal structure and performance. In mount structure, this paper list the road map of technology evolution, and analysis its advantages and disadvantages of each generation. In mount performance, give a third generation mount stiffness test example. At last, compare the mount lateral stiffness effect on rigid mode and decouple rate.

摘要: 论文从布置形式、使用材料、结构形式和性能等方面详细研究了重型卡车的悬置技术。在结构形式上,给 出了悬置技术演进的路线,并分析了每一代悬置的优缺点;在性能研究上,给出了第三代悬置的刚度测试实例。最 后比较了悬置结构引入侧向刚度对刚体模态和解耦率的影响。
