Abstract: Pure electric vehicles are the development direction that new energy is vigorously promoted. In order to pursue high efficiency and low energy consumption, it is very important to accurately analyze the efficiency of the transmission. This paper takes a pure electric transmission as an example to study the main influencing factors of gear power loss, and calculates the efficiency spectrum under different oil temperature, input torque and input speed. Two sample boxes are used to carry out the same efficiency test. Through simulation analysis results and comparison results of the two sample boxes, the efficiency has a small difference when the input torque is greater than 30 Nm. And to study the reasons for the difference of results less than 30 Nm, and to study the correction method of the simulation analysis results,which provides a reference for the simulation of the efficiency of other pure electric transmissions with similar structures.

摘要: 纯电动汽车是新能源大力推广的发展方向,为了追求高效低能耗,准确分析整个变速器的效率非常重要。 文章以某纯电动变速器为例,研究其齿轮功率损失的主要影响因素,并计算了不同油温、不同输入扭矩和输入转速 下的效率谱。并用两台样箱进行相同的效率测试试验,通过仿真分析结果与两台样箱的对比结果,整体的效率在输 入扭矩大于 30 Nm 时差异较小,并研究小于 30 Nm 的结果差异原因,对仿真分析结果进行修正方法研究,为其他 类似结构的纯电动变速器效率仿真分析修正提供参考。
