Abstract: In the field of oil drilling and production, the selection of drum rotation direction and wire rope twist direction of drilling winch has been a big controversy. The author briefly introduces the common types and twist direction of drilling wire rope, and analyzes the characteristics and rotation direction of drum rope groove of drilling winch. The relationship between the roller rotation direction and the wire rope twist direction in single and multi-layer winding is discussed respectively. The scope of drum winding wire rope under drilling condition is analyzed, and the matching viewpoint of drum rotation direction and wire rope twist direction is put forward. According to the actual operation process, the drilling wire rope should be selected correctly to reduce the phenomenon of random rope and prolong the service life of wire rope.

摘要: 在石油钻采领域钻井绞车滚筒旋向与钢丝绳捻向的选配,一直存在较大的争议。文章简要介绍钻井钢丝绳 常用类型及捻向,并对钻井绞车滚筒绳槽的特点和旋向进行分析。分别对单层缠绕和多层缠绕时滚筒旋向与钢丝绳 捻向关系进行讨论。分析石油钻采领域钻井工况下滚筒缠绕钢丝绳范围,提出滚筒旋向与钢丝绳捻向的选配观点。 依供实际操作过程中正确选配钻井钢丝绳,减少架空、打扭、骑绳等现象,延长钻井钢丝绳使用周期。
