Abstract: There is a high correlation between the use of smartphones while driving and the incidence of traffic accidents. Mobile phone use behavior will lead to drivers' distraction, affect their disposal judgment and road analysis and other abilities, thus bringing huge hidden dangers to driving safety. Based on the information processing mechanism and attention allocation theory of driving behavior, this paper analyzes the influence process of mobile phone use behavior on driving reliability from the aspects of visual resource consumption and cognitive resource consumption of mobile phone use behavior. The results show that in the process of driving, drivers' use of mobile phones occupies visual and cognitive resources of driving behavior, which leads to a decrease in the processing speed of driving information, thus leading to a decline in driving performance and a negative impact on driving reliability.

摘要: 在驾驶时使用智能手机与交通事故的发生率有高度的相关性。手机使用行为会导致驾驶员注意力分散,影 响其判断和道路分析等能力,从而给驾驶安全带来巨大隐患。文章从手机使用行为的视觉资源消耗及认知资源消耗 等方面,依据驾驶行为信息加工机理和注意分配理论,对手机使用行为对驾驶可靠性影响过程进行分析。结果表明, 在驾驶过程中,驾驶员使用手机行为占用驾驶行为的视觉及认知资源,导致对驾驶信息处理速度降低,从而导致驾 驶绩效下降,对驾驶可靠性有负影响。
