磁流变阻尼器在汽车悬架减振系统中的应用

Abstract: In order to improve the comfort and maneuverability of the vehicle, magnetorheological damper is installed in the vehicle suspension damping system. Based on the components of magnetorheological fluid, its working principle is analyzed, and three working modes of magnetorheological damper are described. The control and test methods of semi-active damping system of automobile suspension are studied, which provides theoretical support for the application of magnetorheological damper in automobile suspension.This paper introduces the application of magnetorheological damper in automobile field at home and abroad, and expounds the importance of magnetorheological fluid in automobile suspension damping system.

摘要: 为了提高汽车的舒适性和操纵性,在汽车悬架减振系统中安装磁流变阻尼器。基于磁流变液的组成部分, 对其工作原理进行分析,并阐述了磁流变阻尼器的三种工作模式。接着研究了汽车悬架半主动减振系统的控制和测 试方法,为磁流变阻尼器在汽车悬架中的应用提供了理论支撑。文章介绍了磁流变阻尼器在国内外汽车领域中的应 用,阐述了磁流变液在汽车悬架减振系统中的重要作用。
