多材料结构汽车车身的轻量化设计研究

Abstract: Body lightweight is one of the most important research contents in the automotive industry. It is an effective method to improve the fuel utilization rate and reduce the exhaust emissions. At present, it is an important way to use lightweight materials as the body materials. Compared with the single material body material, using multi material body can really make the right materials used in the right parts, and make the best use of the effect. In this paper, the car body as the research object, with the appropriate materials applied to the appropriate parts of the design concept, combined with the body structure, performance, quality, cost and other aspects to analyze and study the lightweight design method of multi material body.

摘要: 车身轻量化是目前汽车行业始终都在研究的重要内容之一,它是目前提高汽车燃料利用率,减少汽车尾气 排放的有效方法,而目前,采用轻量化材料作为汽车车身的材料是汽车车身轻量化的重要途径。与单一材料的车身 材料相比,采用多材料车身可以真正做到让合适的材料运用在适宜的部位,达到物尽其用的效果。文章以汽车车身 作为研究对象,以合适的材料应用于合适部位的设计理念,结合车身的结构性能、质量、成本等多方面来分析研究 多材料车身轻量化设计的方法。
