Abstract: The performance parameters and characteristics of the planetary gear mechanism of hybrid electric vehicle are analyzed, and the starting process of motor-driven vehicle, engine intervention, electromagnetic locking control unit and other processes are analyzed respectively. The strength, stiffness and modal analysis of the maximum load of the planetary gear coupler are carried out by using the simulation software to verify whether it meets the design requirements in all aspects.

摘要: 文章对混合动力汽车行星齿轮机构的性能参数及特点进行分析,并分别对电机驱动车辆起步、发动机介入、 电磁锁死控制单元工作等过程进行了分析,运用仿真软件对行星齿轮耦合器最大载荷情况进行了强度、刚度分析、 模态分析,验证其是否满足各方面设计要求。
关键词: 混合动力汽车;行星齿轮;有限元分析
