The Effects on Flow Field Characteristics of Intake Pipe in a Light Truck with Its Structure Optimization

轻卡进气管的结构优化对系统流场特性的影响

Abstract: The resonator can effectively reduce noise of the intake pipe in a light truck, however, it also has an effect on the flow field. Therefore, it is necessary to study the flow field characteristics of the intake pipe in detail, so as to further improve the structure of the resonator. In this paper, the Fluent15.0 software was used to simulate the flow field characteristics of the intake pipe, and the effects of the resonator on flow field was analyzed in detail. The results show that the resonator can obviously reduce the noise and has a little effect on the flow field of intake pipe. Moreover, the pressure drop was increased by less than 6%. So, the designed resonator is reasonable and can provide a practical significance for the design of the muffler element of the intake pipe.

摘要: 为轻卡进气系统加装谐振腔,可以达到较好的消声效果,但也会对系统的流场产生影响,因此,有必要对 进气管的流场特性进行详细研究,以便进一步对谐振腔的结构进行改进。文章以加装谐振腔前后的进气管系统为研 究对象,利用 Fluent15.0 流场分析软件对其流场特性进行模拟研究,分析谐振腔对进气系统流场的具体影响,研究 结果表明:在降噪效果明显的情况下,谐振腔对流场的影响较小,压降仅增加不到 6%,流场特性并没有受到很大 干扰。这表明,谐振腔的设计具有很好的合理性,本研究可为汽车进气管降噪元件的优化设计提供一定的指导。
