Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese automotive industry, the demand for transmission shafts is growing continuously. How to arrange and select transmission shafts affects the vehicle power, fuel economy and comfort. In the paper, a 6×6 off-road vehicle transmission shaft design as an example, the transmission shaft angle arrangement, length arrangement, torque calculation and other aspects of analysis and calculation, determine transmission shaft arrangement, transmission shaft selection, complete transmission shaft designs. Therefore, reasonable arrangement of transimission system is particularly improve vehicle performance, can make the vehicle performance outstanding, environmental adaptability.

摘要: 随着我国汽车行业的高速发展,传动轴的需求也在持续增长,如何布置、选型传动轴影响着整车的动力性、 燃油经济性、舒适性等方面。文章以某型 6×6 越野汽车传动轴设计为例,对传动轴角度布置,长度布置,扭矩计 算等方面进行分析计算,确定传动轴布置,传动轴选型,完成传动轴设计。因此,合理的布置传动系统对整车性能 提升尤为重要,可使汽车性能突出,环境适应性强。
