Abstract: In order to prevent truck overload in the source, a vehicle-based control system of truck-overload is designed. The system takes STM32F103C8T6 single chip as the core, calculates and displays the truck load information in real time according to the displacement sensor signals installed at both ends of the vehicle bridge. When the overload is detected, the voice alarm module is triggered to prompt the driver for overload, and cut off the ignition circuit of the engine to make the vehicle stop automatically, so that the overloaded vehicle can not be on the road. This paper mainly introduces the overall design scheme of the system, analyzes the principle of on-board weighing and overload control strategy, and designs the hardware circuits such as power circuit, weighing module and overload control module.

摘要: 为从源头上杜绝货车超载现象的发生,设计了一种车载式货车超载控制系统。系统以 STM32F103C8T6 单 片机为核心,根据安装在车桥两端的位移传感器信号实时计算并显示货车载重量信息,当监测到超载时触发语音报 警模块对驾驶员进行超载提示,并切断发动机点火电路使车辆自动熄火,从而使超载车辆无法上路。文章主要介绍 了系统总体设计方案,分析了车载称重原理和超载控制策略,并对电源电路、称重模块和超载控制模块等硬件电路 进行设计。
