Abstract: Based on engineering material science and automobile design theory, this paper uses ABAQUS software to optimize the structure of a commercial light truck glass fiber leaf spring scheme. At the same time, the acceleration data of Xiangyang test site are collected, and the strength analysis of the lightweight scheme of glass fiber leaf spring is carried out. The results show that the maximum tensile stress and compressive stress of glass fiber leaf spring meet the material limit strength The comprehensive weight reduction is up to 35 kg, and the lightweight effect is remarkable.

摘要: 基于工程材料学和汽车设计理论,文章采用 ABAQUS 软件,对某商用轻卡玻璃纤维板簧方案进行了结构 优化设计,同时采集了襄阳试验场实车加速度数据,并对玻璃纤维板簧轻量化方案进行了强度分析,结果显示,玻 璃纤维板簧最大拉应力和压应力均满足材料极限强度,综合减重达 35 kg,轻量化效果显著。
