Abstract: The flow resistance analysis method of air filter based on simulation is to use computer-aided software to calculate and process the three-dimensional digital model of air filter, and modify the empirical parameters to analyze the air distribution and flow resistance value with reference significance. The method of simulation analysis saves the production cost and cycle of the actual physical sample, which has important guiding significance for the verification and optimization of multiple demonstration schemes. Based on the characteristics of simulation analysis, the air filter models with different outlet fillet sizes are calculated and analyzed. According to the comparison of the results, the change trend of air filter flow resistance with outlet fillet size is obtained, which is convenient to guide the optimization of air filter scheme.

摘要: 基于仿真的空气滤清器流阻分析方法是指用计算机辅助软件对空滤三维数模进行计算处理,根据经验参数 进行修正,分析得出气流分布以及具有参考意义的流阻值。通过仿真分析的方法节省了实际物理样件的制作费用和 周期,对多重论证类方案的验证和优化具有重要指导意义。基于仿真分析的特点对不同出气口圆角尺寸的空滤模型 进行计算分析,根据结果对比得出了空滤流阻随出气口圆角尺寸变化的趋势,便于指导空滤方案的优化。
