浅谈空调系统试验台架在正向设计中的作用

Abstract: In the design process of air conditioning system, all kinds of service conditions and system parameters need to be considered comprehensively. If all kinds of parameters are combined and verified on the whole vehicle one by one, the design cost of the product will be greatly increased. This paper introduces a comprehensive test bench for air conditioning system in development stage, which can get the most suitable system matching scheme by setting its boundary conditions. The bench test has high efficiency and strong contrast, and the test data can form a curve for intuitive comparison, which can solve the problem that there is no one-dimensional simulation analysis, performance test and system matching before the vehicle air conditioning scheme is frozen.

摘要: 在设计空调系统过程中,需要综合考虑各种使用条件及系统参数。如果将各种参数组合在整车上一一验证, 将会大大增加产品的设计成本。文章介绍了一种针对开发阶段的空调系统,可以通过对其边界条件进行设定,得到 最宜系统匹配方案的空调系统综合试验台架。该台架试验效率高,对比性强,且测试数据能够形成曲线图进行直观 对比,可以解决整车空调方案冻结前没有一维模拟分析、性能测试和系统匹配的问题。
