Abstract: In the engine test and development stage, the pressure drop of the vehicle water tank was simulated through the test waterway to fully evaluate the performance and reliability of the engine cooling system. The test method of waterway bypass is to ensure pump flow through waterway diversion and to ensure stable control of water temperature through mixing water. The waterway bypass test method can flexibly simulate the pressure drop condition of various vehicle water tank according to the test requirements, restore the pressure drop and flow requirements of the engine cooling water tank to the maximum extent, and fully examine the engine cooling system. Through practice, the water temperature control of the engine is stable and the circulating water flow in the engine is sufficient to meet the requirements of various tests

摘要: 在发动机试验开发阶段,通过试验水路模拟整车水箱压降,充分考核发动机冷却系统性能和可靠性。水路 旁通的试验方法,是通过水路分流保证水泵流量,通过混水的方式保证水温稳定控制。水路旁通的试验方法可根据 试验需求,灵活地模拟了各类整车水箱压降工况,最大限度地还原发动机冷却水箱压降和流量要求,充分考核发动 机冷却系统。经过实践验证,发动机水温控制稳定,发动机内循环水流量充足,满足各类试验需求。
