Abstract: When the starter is designed to match, several parameters should be considered. If the relevant parameters are not matched properly, different faults will occur. This paper presents the theoretical analysis, solutions and tests to verify the gear milling fault caused by the improper connection distance between the starter top gear and the distance between the mounting surface and the ring gear. The conclusion is effective. Through the reverse derivation and analysis of this paper, the paper provides a positive reference for the design and matching development of starter and diesel engine. 摘要: 起动机在设计匹配时需要考虑多个参数,如相关参数匹配不当,将会有不同的故障发生。文章通过分析起 动机顶齿接通距及起动机安装面与齿圈距离不当导致的起动机铣齿故障,给出相应的理论分析,提供解决措施,进 行了相应试验验证,验证结论为解决措施有效。经过反向推导分析,对起动机与柴油机的设计匹配开发提供了正向 的参考依据。
