Abstract: In order to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the plunger pump, a mathematical model of the axial plunger pump is established by using fluid mechanics. Through the AMESim platform, create a A simulation model, which includes the spindle, valve plate, cylinder, plunger, sliding shoe, swash plate parameters, etc. of the plunger pump, and establishes a motor based on the overall flow PID control, the static and dynamic characteristics of the plunger pump are simulated, and the characteristics of flow pulsation and plunger movement speed fluctuation are obtained. The results show that the established plunger pump The simulation model is consistent with the mathematical model. The flow-based PID control strategy can achieve a stable output of the total flow of the plunger pump, which is the design and Research provides further theoretical basis.

摘要: 为了分析柱塞泵的静动态特性,利用流体力学建立轴向柱塞泵的数学模型。通过 AMESim 平台,建立一个 仿真模型,该模型包括柱塞泵的主轴、配流盘、缸体、柱塞、滑靴、斜盘参数等,并建立基于总体流量的电动机 PID 控制,对柱塞泵静动态特性进行仿真研究,得出流量脉动和柱塞运动速度波动特性。结果表明所建立的柱塞泵 仿真模型与数学模型一致,基于流量的 PID 控制策略可以实现柱塞泵总流量的稳定输出,为轴向柱塞泵的设计和 研究提供了进一步的理论依据。
