Abstract: E-Booster is an important component to improve the energy recovery and braking stability of electric vehicles. There are many interactive components and high requirements for operation precision and accuracy. Therefore, it is necessary to fully test E-Booster. In this paper, a method of using hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation test to test the wire control system is proposed, which can realize the full range of automatic test of the wire control system by building a simulation test environment without real vehicle or actual sample.

摘要: 线控制动系统(E-Booster)是提高电动汽车能量回收和车辆制动稳定性的重要部件,该零件交互部件多, 运行精度和准确度要求高。因此对其进行充分的测试十分必要。文章论述了一种利用硬件在环(HIL)仿真测试对 线控系统进行测试的方法,可以在没有实车或实际样件的情况下通过搭建仿真测试环境,实现对线控制动系统进行 全方位的自动化测试。
