Abstract: This article mainly elaborates the project risk management about cars, as well as the risk of a few big process are summarized, focusing on the classification of risk and risk tool is introduced, the project manager to have a preliminary understanding of risk and understand, and can be used in automobile research and development program simple risk management tools, make the project in accordance with the requirements of the company, with good quality, on time delivery.
