Abstract: To meet the high customized requirement of vehicle interior style, it's necessary to apply a efficient management method of product data for interior color part release in vehicle development BOM. A automate release management method of configurable interior color part is studied in this paper. The basic definition, digital programme of configurable color scheme and creation of color part in BOM are discussed in this paper. Finally, the benefits of this method to modular development are concluded.

摘要： 为满足用户对于汽车内饰风格的高定制化需求,整车开发BOM中内饰颜色件发布需要采用高效的产品数据组织管理方式。文章阐述了一种可配置化内饰颜色件自动化发布管理方法。分别从基本术语、可配置化颜色方案管理的逻辑设计及颜色件BOM清单的自动化创建各方面展开论述。最后论述了该方法对于企业提升模块化开发水平的战略意义。
