Abstract: Ball joint assembly has been widely used in the important parts of cars, in order to ensure the mechanical safety performance of ball joint assembly structure, according to the bench test items, the finite element simulation analysis method based on tribology mechanism is adopted to calculate the axial crushing strength, assembly static strength and fatigue life. Basically, a simulation analysis method be summarized which to verify the mechanical safety performance of ball joint assembly structure.

摘要: 球面销总成已普遍应用在汽车关键部件上,为了保证球面销总成结构的机械安全性能,根据台架试验项目,采用了材料非线性及摩擦接触非线性的有限元模拟仿真分析方法,来求解计算球面销结构轴向压溃强度、总成静强度及疲劳寿命,从而总结了一种对球面销总成结构机械安全性能验证的仿真分析方法。
