Abstract: In this paper, the traditional current closed-loop PID control of solenoid valve is analyzed, and a current closed-loop control method of solenoid valve based on predictive algorithm is proposed, which is verified by simulation in Simulink environment. The simulation results show that this control method can improve the dynamic response speed of solenoid valve control and optimize the effect of traditional solenoid valve current closed-loop PID control.

摘要: 文章对传统电磁阀电流闭环PID控制进行了分析,提出了一种基于预估算法的电磁阀电流闭环控制方法,并在Simulink中进行了仿真验证。仿真表明,此种控制方法能改善电磁阀控制的动态响应速度,优化传统电磁阀电流闭环PID控制效果。
