新能源汽车技术职业本科人才培养 实施路径分析

摘要: 新能源汽车技术专业属于高职教育专业,新能源汽车工程技术属于本科层次专业,无 论高职还是本科,其人才培养质量对于新能源汽车产业升级发展都具有重要意义。文章通过 企业调研准确定位新能源汽车技术人才培养目标,聘请优秀工程师,提炼相关典型工程项目, 以工程项目为载体,细化出子项目并分解成任务,从任务中提炼出完成项目所具备的能力清 单,推导达到如上能力所具备的支撑课程,从而构建完整的课程体系,校企共同开发课程配 套资源。在学校和企业共同合作下搭建产学研创四境的教学场景,建设完成工程项目开展所 需的资源。人才培养中采用“双师”教学,发挥企业技术人员专长,共建产学研创双主体教 师队伍,通过三到四年的课程,完成一些典型的企业项目,培养能达到现场工程师水平的人 才,最终完成人才培养目标。

Abstract: The specialty of new energy vehicle technology belongs to higher vocational education, and the specialty of new energy vehicle engineering technology belongs to undergraduate level. The quality of talent training in both higher vocational and undergraduate levels is of great significance to the upgrading and development of the new energy vehicle industry. The article accurately locates the training objectives of new energy vehicle technical talents through enterprise research, hires excellent engineers, refines relevant typical engineering projects, takes the engineering projects as the carrier, refines sub-projects, decomposes into tasks, extracts the list of capabilities required to complete the project from the tasks, and deduces the supporting courses required to achieve the above capabilities, so as to build a complete curriculum system and jointly develop curriculum supporting resources. With the cooperation of schools and enterprises, builds a teaching scene of industryuniversity-research-creation, and builds the resources needed to complete the project. In talent training, "double teacher" teaching is adopted to give full play to the expertise of enterprise technicians, and jointly build a double-subject teaching team of production, learning, research and innovation. Through three to four years of courses, some typical enterprise projects can be completed, so that the trained talents can reach the level of field engineers, and finally complete the talent training objectives.
