摘要: 针对新能源汽车产业人才供需失衡与职业教育脱节问题,文章以陕西国防工业职业技 术学院为案例,构建“平台-培训-服务”三位一体社会服务模型。通过政校企协同创新平台、 定制化“双导师制”订单班及菜单式技能培训体系,实现毕业生对口就业率提升至 89%、实 训项目真实度提高 40%,并形成可复制的国际合作与教育帮扶模式。研究表明,该模型通过 技术反哺教学、资源精准匹配与区域生态共建,为破解产教“两张皮”困境提供了有效路径, 助力职业教育服务能级跃迁与产业协同发展。

Abstract: To address the imbalance between talent supply and demand in the new energy vehicle industry and the disconnection of vocational education, this study constructs a "platform-trainingservice" trinity social service model using Shaanxi Institute of Technology as a case.Through a government-enterprise-school collaborative innovation platform, customized "dual-mentor" order classes, and a modular skill training system, the graduate-job matching rate increases to 89%, the authenticity of practical training projects improves by 40%, and replicable international cooperation and educational support models are established. The research demonstrates that this model effectively resolves the "dichotomy between industry and education" by integrating technology into teaching, enabling precise resource allocation, and fostering regional ecosystem collaboration, thereby enhancing vocational education service capabilities and industrial synergy.
