摘要: 随着汽车研发企业数字化转型的推进,数字化场景梳理以及数据应用将成为数字化转 型落地的难点。文章建立了精益研发数字化场景梳理方法,以人员、技术、流程为场景三要 素,进一步分解为小组创建、知识梳理、设计、集成、验证、数据应用六个具体的工作过程, 从而可以获得完善的知识要素、数据要素以及有效的开展数据建模分析和数据价值挖掘,该 方法对汽车研发数字化转型实施具有一定的指导意义。

关键词: 数字化转型;汽车研发;知识要素;数据要素;精益研发

Abstract: Digital scenarios sorting and data application are critical challenges a challenge in the realization of the digital transformation. this article establishes a method for sorting out the digital scenarios of lean research and development, with personnel, technology, and process as the three elements and team creation, knowledge sorting, design, integration, verification, and data application as the six specific processes of the digital scenarios, then we can obtain comprehensive knowledge elements and data elements, and do the data modeling analysis and data value mining. It has certain guiding significance for the implementation of the digital transformation of automobile research and development.
