乘用车电驱动系统一体化 NVH 仿真研究

摘要: 电驱动系统向着一体化方向发展,产生集成化噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)问题。 为适应电驱一体化开发趋势,文章进行了电驱动系统一体化 NVH 仿真方法研究,能够实现电 机与减速器一体化建模,同时考虑电机激励与齿轮啮合激励的振动与噪声仿真计算。以及开 展仿真精度的提升研究工作,通过轴系柔性化、根据实际台架安装状态调整悬置刚度和输出 惯量、拟合瑞利阻尼曲线等措施,使电驱动系统阶次噪声仿真精度达到±3 dB(A)以内。该方 法的应用有助于提升电驱开发前期 NVH 方案的预测精度,和开发后期试验阶段 NVH 问题的 准确定位。

Abstract: The development of electric drive system towards integration leads to the integrated noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) problem. In order to adapt to the trend of integrated development of electric drive, this paper focuses on researching the NVH simulation method of integrated electric drive system, which can realize the integrated modeling of motor and reducer, and consider the vibration and noise simulation calculation of motor excitation and gear meshing excitation together. At the same time, research is carried out to improve the accuracy of the simulation method. Through the measures of flexibility of shafting, adjusting the suspension stiffness and output inertia according to the actual bench installation state, fitting Rayleigh damping curve, etc., the simulation accuracy of the order noise of the electric drive system reaches within ±3 dB(A). This method can help to improve the prediction accuracy of NVH solutions in the early stage of electric drive development and the precise identification of NVH problems in the experimental stage of the later development.
