摘要: 某汽车生产线发动机装配工位使用的工装螺栓,仅使用一次便丢弃,造成大量成本浪 费。为验证该工位螺栓重复使用的可行性,分别取全新螺栓及反复拧紧 3 次、5 次、10 次的 螺栓分组进行摩擦系数测试和扭矩测试。测试结果表明,螺栓的端面摩擦系数和螺纹副摩擦 系数以及总摩擦系数会随着其使用次数的增加而上升,重复使用 3 次时仍在标准范围内,重 复使用 5 次时即超出标准要求,最终确定该工位螺栓最多可以重复使用 3 次,有效降低了生 产成本。

Abstract: Fixture bolts applied at the engine assembly station of a certain automobile production line are discarded after only one use, leading to significant cost waste. To verify the feasibility of reusing the bolts at this station, brand-new bolts and those tightened repeatedly for 3 times, 5 times, and 10 times are selected respectively and divided into groups for friction coefficient testing and torque testing. Test results indicate that the end face friction coefficient, thread pair friction coefficient, and total friction coefficient of the bolts increase with the growth of their service times: when the bolts are reused 3 times, the indexes still stay within the standard range; when reused 5 times, the indexes exceed the standard requirements. Ultimately, it is confirmed that the bolts at this station can be reused for a maximum of 3 times, which effectively cuts down production costs.
