摘要: 在新能源汽车人才培养过程中,针对院校普遍存在的专业建设缺乏顶层设计、人才培 养定位不清晰、课程体系不合理等问题,文章对“工作过程”的概念和内涵进行了研究,提 出了基于工作过程的课程体系构建路径,并以初中起点五年制高级技工层次的新能源汽车检 测与维修专业为例进行了实践,实现了良好的教学效果。

Abstract: In the process of talent training for new energy vehicles, some colleges generally have problems such as lack of top-level design for professional construction, unclear positioning of talent training, and unreasonable curriculum system. This paper studies the concepts and connotations of "work process", puts forward a construction path of curriculum system based on work process, and takes the five-year advanced technician level of new energy vehicle testing and maintenance major at the beginning of junior high school as an example, and achieves good teaching results.
