摘要: 随着车联网技术的迅猛发展,远程车控技术在提升车辆智能化和便利性方面发挥着关 键作用。然而,市场反馈显示远程车控功能异常已成为用户投诉的焦点。为此,文章分析了 远程车控系统的技术特性及其面临的问题挑战,提出了一系列改进措施,包括简化远程车控 的前置条件、确保车联网通讯模组(T-BOX)的持续供电、改进云端连接策略以及调整控制 区域网络(CAN)信号的读取时间等。这些措施旨在解决远程车控执行失败的问题,以增强 车联网技术的可靠性,提升用户的使用体验。

Abstract: With the rapid development of vehicle networking technology, remote vehicle control technology plays a key role in improving vehicle intelligence and convenience. However, market feedback shows that abnormal remote vehicle control functions have become the focus of user complaints. To this end, the paper analyzes the technical characteristics and challenges of remote vehicle control system, and proposes a series of improvement measures, including simplifying the pre-conditions for remote vehicle control, ensuring the continuous power supply of telematics box (T-BOX), improving the cloud connection strategy, and adjusting the reading time of the control area network (CAN) signal. These measures are designed to solve the problem of remote vehicle control execution failure, in order to enhance the reliability of vehicle networking technology and improve the user experience.
