Abstract: In view of the vigorous development of China's current battery electric vehicle market, combined with the fierce competition in domestic and foreign markets, the cost proportion of major car companies for battery electric vehicles in the process of sample trial production is gradually increasing. In this paper, the basic concepts of vehicle trial production in the whole process of vehicle trial production are expounded through preliminary research on the process of assembly process, project management of vehicle trial production, and risk control of vehicle trial production, aiming to provide feasible reference suggestions for quality control of trial production and vehicle performance monitoring.
