基于 TRIZ 创新方法理论的转向中间轴 NVH 优化提升

摘要: 针对某出口汽车售后反馈转向中间轴异响故障率高的问题,文章采用 TRIZ 创新方法理 论对其故障进行噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)性能的优化提升。打破传统解决问题的惯 性思维,系统地分析解决问题,主要运用 TRIZ 创新方法理论对转向中间轴进行问题描述、问 题分析、问题模型转换及标准化求解,利用创新原理生成创新方案。通过实际应用验证新方 案效果,优化后的转向中间轴异响问题在 12 个月的服务期(MIS)内,每千台故障率(IPTV) 从峰值 52 降低至 0。

Abstract: In view of the high failure rate problem of the steering I-shaft of an export automobile, this paper uses TRIZ innovative methods theory to optimization and promotion the noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) performance. Break the traditional inertia thinking of problem solving, analyze problem systematically, and mostly use TRIZ innovative methods theory on steering I-shaft to describe issue, analyze issue, transfer issue model and get standard solution, and uses innovation principle to get innovation scheme. Through practical application to verify the effect of the new scheme, the results show that the optimized steering failure rate of incidents per thousand vehicles (IPTV) is reduced from peak 52 to 0 within 12 months in service (MIS).
