摘要: 电池的荷电状态(SOC)是电池管理系统(BMS)最重要的参数,反映了电池可用容 量信息。SOC 无法直接测量,需结合电池电压、工作电流、额定容量等参数间接估算获得。 因电池容量易受温度、电流等因素影响,呈现出非线性的动态特性,易造成 SOC 估算不准。 如何精确估算 SOC 是当前各 BMS 厂商研究的热点和难点。基于市场需求和开发成本考量, 研发了一种具有影响因素修正的 SOC 估算模块。测试表明,模块估算结果精度较高,满足商 品化要求,具有很好的开发借鉴意义。

Abstract: The state of charge (SOC) of the battery is the most important parameter of the battery management system (BMS), reflecting the available capacity information of the battery. The SOC cannot be measured directly. Instead, it must be estimated indirectly by combining battery voltage, operating current, and rated capacity. Because the battery capacity is easily affected by temperature, current and other factors, it presents nonlinear dynamic characteristics, which is easy to cause inaccurate SOC estimation. How to estimate SOC accurately is a hot and difficult topic for BMS manufacturers. Based on market demand and development cost, a SOC estimation module with modification of influence factors is developed. The test results show that the accuracy of the module estimation is high, which meets the requirements of commercialization and has a good development reference.
