摘要: 近年来,随着国家对于职业教育的利好政策持续出台,本科层次的职业教育迎来了新 发展机遇。但在发展过程中,汽车保险专业职业教育面临着人才培养困境,如培养目标不明 确、实践培养计划不合理、专业教师缺乏实践性、课程结构与汽车保险实际工作脱节、支持 专业教学改革的资源匮乏等。文章将成果导向教育(OBE)教学模式应用到职业本科层次汽 车保险专业的教学改革中,将学生职业发展所需的核心能力作为学校人才培养的目标,并对 成果进行评估,建立持续改进机制,目的是探索在成果导向教育下汽车保险专业职业本科人 才培养的突破路径,聚焦在全新、复杂的本科层次职业教育研究上,完善职业教育的应用性, 更好地服务区域保险行业发展。

Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous introduction of favorable policies for vocational education by the country, vocational education at the undergraduate level has ushered in new development opportunities. However, in the process of development, vocational education in the field of automobile insurance faces difficulties in talent cultivation, such as unclear training objectives, unreasonable practical training plans, lack of practicality among professional teachers, disconnection between curriculum structure and actual work in automobile insurance, and lack of resources to support professional teaching reform. This paper applies the outcome-based education (OBE) teaching model to the teaching reform of the automotive insurance major at the vocational undergraduate level, with the core competencies required for students' career development as the goal of talent cultivation in the school. The results are evaluated, and a continuous improvement mechanism is established. The aim is to explore a breakthrough path for the cultivation of automotive insurance professional undergraduate talents under outcome-based education, focusing on new and complex undergraduate level vocational education research, Improve the applicability of vocational education and better serve the development of the regional insurance industry
