Abstract: The electrical appliance function is an important part of the complete vehicle function. It is mainly distributed in the whole vehicle electrical and electronic components to achieve the application of functions.The expression form of electric appliance function is various.At present, in the production of vehicles, it is mainly judged whether the function is working normally by means of visual inspection, listening test, test and instrument and equipment inspection. According to the modular production process of vehicles, this paper formulated the testing process of internal electrical appliance function and fault repair process of each production line by adopting the process analysis method, to improve the management control of electrical appliance quality such as instrument panel assembly, cab assembly, vehicle assembly and vehicle debugging. The results show that the qualified rate of electrical appliance functions of the vehicle has been significantly improved.
