成都市新能源汽车产业综合竞争力评价

Comprehensive Competitiveness Evaluation of New Energy Automobile Industry in Chengdu

摘要: 近年来,新能源汽车产业上升为国家战略,各地方城市也抢先布局新能源汽车产业, 各城市产业竞争加剧。文章以成都市新能源汽车产业为研究对象,利用波特“钻石”模型理 论,结合新能源汽车产业特征,构建了“新钻石模型”,以此确定新能源汽车产业竞争力评价 指标,然后采用灰色关联度和理想解组合评价的方法计算成都与对标城市(上海、北京、武 汉、重庆)各评价指标的相对贴近度,对比分析成都市与对标城市之间的差距。对标差距, 提出了完善充电基础设施建设、加大新能源汽车推广、提高技术创新能力、完善零部件产业 配套和产业扶持政策等相关建议。

Abstract: In recent years, the new energy automobile industry has become a nationl strategy, and local cities have also taken the lead in deploying the new energy automobile industry, and industry competition among cities has intensified. This article takes Chengdu’s new energy automobile industry as the research object, uses Porter’s “diamond” model theory and the characteristics of the new energy automobile industry to construct a “new diamond model” to determine the competitiveness evaluation index of the new energy automobile industry, and then adopts the combina tion evaluation method of gray correlation degree and ideal solution calculates the relative closeness of each evaluation index between Chengdu and the benchmark cities (Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Chongqing), and compares and analyzes the gap between Chengdu and the benchmark cities. For the benchmark gap, this article puts forward relevant suggestions on improving the construction of charging infrastructure, increasing the promotion of new energy vehicles, improving technological innovation capabilities, and improving the parts and components industry supporting policies and industrial support policies.
