汽车线束布置设计要求

摘要: 汽车功能增多,电器架构变复杂,整车线束系统的复杂程度也随之增加。整车线束回 路增多,导致整车线束体积变大,主干变粗,线束变硬。为了能在有限的空间将线束完美地 嵌入车身内,避免线束被挤压、拉扯、摩擦,保证整车电器功能正常,需要对整车线束布置 进行设计研究。通过介绍线束布置失效模式,结合实际线束开发经验,提供合理的线束布置 开发方案,从布置角度提升线束可靠性,可有效避免线束断路引起的功能失效或短路引起的 火灾风险,为新车型线束布置开发提供参考。

Abstract: With the increase of automobile functions, the electrical architecture becomes more complex, and the complexity of the vehicle harness system also increases. The increase of vehicle harness circuits leads to the increase of vehicle harness volume, the thickening of trunk and the hardening of harness. In order to perfectly embed the harness into the vehicle body in a limited space, avoid the harness being squeezed, pulled, and rubbed, and ensure the normal function of the vehicle electrical appliances, the layout of the vehicle harness needs to be designed and studied. By introducing the failure mode of wiring harness layout and combining with the practical wiring harness development experience, a reasonable wiring harness layout development scheme is provided to improve the reliability of wiring harness from the perspective of layout, which can effectively avoid the risk of fire caused by functional failure or short circuit and provide a reference for the layout development of new vehicle wiring harness.
