摘要: 四轮定位参数对底盘综合性能非常关键,参数角度受实物制造过程偏差影响,因此尺寸工程需要在前期设 计阶段进行角度偏差校核。定位参数角度偏差通过 2D 尺寸链计算比较复杂,准确率低,文章通过使用 3DCS 软件, 介绍某车型双横臂空气悬架系统模型的定位参数仿真分析及识别建立关键尺寸的方法。

Abstract: The influence of four-wheel alignment parameters to the performance of the chassis is very important. The angle of the parameters is affected by the deviation of the manufacturing process, so the dimension engineering needs to check the angle deviation in the design stage. The angle tolerance of positioning parameters calculated by 2D dimension chain is more complex and the accuracy is low. By using 3DCS software, the positioning parameters of the double wishbone air suspension system are simulated and analyzed, and the critical dimension list is identified and established.
