摘要: 为解决刚玉砂轮在成形磨削过程中因寿命低、重复修整时间长导致的效率低下与成本 高昂问题,推动免修整立方氮化硼(CBN)成形磨砂轮在批量磨齿中的应用,文章通过提出 一种针对盘形免修整 CBN 成形磨砂轮的形线设计方法及其验证方案,重点研究适用于外斜齿 轮磨削修形的砂轮精确形线设计。结果表明,通过成形磨砂轮齿形的精确计算,能够有效保 证砂轮形貌精度,免去修整步骤,从而提高磨削效率、降低生产成本。该研究对促进成形磨 削技术在齿轮批量加工中的广泛应用具有重要的工程意义。

Abstract: To address the issues of low efficiency and high cost caused by the short lifespan and timeconsuming repeated dressing of alumina grinding wheels in form grinding processes, and to promote the application of dressing-free cubic boron nitride (CBN) form grinding wheels in batch gear grinding, this study proposes a design method and verification scheme for the profile of disc-shaped dressing-free CBN form grinding wheels. The research focuses on the precise profile design of grinding wheels suitable for the form grinding of external helical gears. The results show that accurate calculation of the grinding wheel tooth profile can effectively ensure the precision of the wheel morphology, eliminate the dressing step, and thereby improve grinding efficiency while reducing production costs. This study holds significant engineering implications for promoting the widespread application of form grinding technology in batch gear processing.
