取消安全带防转钩对碰撞安全性的影响研究

摘要: 针对某轻客车型为提高乘员平躺舒适性而取消安全带锁扣弯钩限位结构的设计变更, 评估其在正面碰撞中是否仍满足 ECE R 137 法规对乘员保护性能的要求。文章选取 3 套主驾 座椅样本,其中 2 个取消锁扣弯钩限位及护罩结构,配备仪表板、气囊、安全带等系统部件, 依据 ECE R 137 法规搭建滑台试验系统,采用 Hybrid III 50th 假人,通过高速摄像与数据采集 设备,进行 3 次重复碰撞试验,系统分析假人关键伤害指标。结果显示,取消弯钩限位后, 所有假人伤害指标均符合法规要求,头部伤害值略有降低,颈、胸及大腿部伤害值保持稳定, 试验重复性良好,表明约束系统性能未受影响。取消安全带锁扣弯钩限位结构在保障碰撞安 全的前提下,可提升乘员舒适性,为该车型设计改进提供了可靠依据。

Abstract: For the design change of a certain light commercial vehicle type that eliminates the limit structure of the seat belt lock hook to improve the comfort of passengers lying flat, evaluate whether it still meets the requirements of ECE R 137 regulations for passenger protection performance in frontal collisions. The article selects three sets of driver's seat samples. Among them, two sets have the lock hook limit and shield structure removed, and are equipped with system components such as instrument panels, airbags, and seat belts. A slide test system is built in accordance with ECE R 137 regulations. A Hybrid III 50th dummy is used, and three repeated collision tests are conducted through high-speed camera and data acquisition equipment. The system analyzes the key injury indicators of the dummy. The results show that after the hook limit is removed, all the injury indicators of the dummies meet the regulatory requirements. The injury value of the head slightly decreases, while the injury values of the neck, chest and thighs remain stable. The test repeatability is good, indicating that the performance of the restraint system is not affected. The removal of the seat belt buckle hook limit structure, while ensuring collision safety, can enhance the comfort of occupants and provide a reliable basis for the design improvement of this model.
