某越野车型钢质保险杠结构设计要点及 抗凹性分析

摘要: 前保险杠是汽车结构的重要组成部分,集安全性、装饰性于一体,越野车型对保险杠 提出了更高要求,其设计的合理性对汽车研发具有重要意义。文章以某非承载式车身越野车 型钢质保险杠为例,阐述了钢质保险杠的材料与结构,概述了钢制保险杠内部加强支架、遮 丑密封条等结构设计,旨在为后续同类结构设计提供参考。同时根据以往车型有顾客抱怨保 险杠抗凹变形问题的情况,利用有限元分析软件 HyperMesh 对前保险杠的抗凹性能进行分析。 结果表明,保险杠本体在受到 100 N 的外力情况下,变形量均未超出目标值,验证了此保险 杠的设计符合要求,避免后续因保险杠局部偏软引起顾客抱怨。

Abstract: Front bumper is an important component of the vehicle structural, integrating safety and decoration. Off-road vehicles have higher requirements for bumpers, and the rationality of their design is of great significance to vehicle research and development. This paper takes the rigid bumper of a body on frame off-road vehicle as an example, explains the materials and structure of steel bumpers, summarizes the structural design of the internal reinforcing bracket and the sealing strip of the steel bumper, aiming to provide a reference for subsequent similar structural designs. At the same time, in view of the situation where customers complained about the dent resistance performance of the bumper in previous models, the dent resistance performance of the front bumper is analyzed using the finite element analysis software HyperMesh. The results show that when the bumper body is subjected to an external force of 100 N, the deformation does not exceed the target value, verifying that the design of this bumper meets the requirements and avoiding subsequent customer complaints due to the local softness of the bumper.
