摘要: 针对统计能量分析(SEA)建模中载荷加载效率低、易出错且错误不易发现的问题, 文章提出基于 QuickScript 语言的 VA One 软件二次开发方案。通过设计包含数据读取与写入、 载荷创建、加载信息反馈等 7 个功能模块的三层架构体系,实现了声腔载荷加载的全流程自 动化处理。实验结果表明,该二次开发在轿车、运动型多用途汽车、多用途汽车三类车型中 加载耗时缩短至原来的 1.2%左右,且自动加载与传统加载的结果完全一致,为复杂 SEA 模型 的工程化应用提供了高效可靠的技术支持。

Abstract: To address the issues of low efficiency, high error proneness and difficult error detection in load application during statistical energy analysis (SEA) modeling, this paper proposes a secondary development scheme for VA One software based on QuickScript language. By designing a three-layer architecture system with seven functional modules, including data reading and writing, load creation, and load information feedback, it realizes the full-process automated handling of acoustic cavity load application. Experimental results show that this secondary development reduces the loading time to approximately 1.2% of the original level for three vehicle types sedans, sports utility vehicle, and multi-purpose vehicle, and the results of automatic loading are completely consistent with those of traditional loading. It provides efficient and reliable technical support for the engineering application of complex SEA models.
