新能源汽车专业教师数字素养与职教 出海的关系分析

Analysis of the Relationship between Teachers' Digital Literacy in the New Energy Vehicle Major and the Overseas Expansion of Vocational Education

摘要: 在新能源汽车企业响应“一带一路”倡议开启“出海”战略背景下,职业教育作为对 接产业最密切、服务经济最直接的教育类型,面临国际化技术技能人才培养和国际产能合作 的重大机遇与挑战。文章依托教师数字素养,从打造高水平国际化教师团队、建设高质量的 数字化教学资源、开发国际化远程教育平台和构建海外技术技能人才培养模式评价体系等方 面研究新能源汽车专业开展职教出海的必要性,分析两者的内在联系,探索教随产出的职教 出海途径。研究表明,教师数字素养既是职教出海的核心动力,也是职教出海的成功保障。

Abstract: In the strategic background of new energy vehicles responding to the "Belt and Road" initiative to launch the " Overseas Expansion", vocational education, as the most closely connected industry and the most efficient education type to serve the economy, faces major opportunities and challenges in the training of international technical talents and international production capacity cooperation. This work relies on the digital literacy of teachers to study the necessity of vocational education for the new energy vehicle profession to go global from the aspects of building a high-level international teacher team, constructing high-quality digital teaching resources, developing an international distance education platform, and constructing an evaluation system for overseas technical and skilled talent training models. It analyzes the inherent connection between the two and explores the ways for vocational education to go global with the output of teaching. Research has shown that teachers' digital literacy is not only the core driving force for vocational education to go global but also the successful guarantee for vocational education to go global.
