长纤增强 PP 铝塑仪表板横梁的开发

摘要: 目前汽车仪表板横梁总成主要采用钢管及钣金焊接而成。为开发一款低成本的轻量化 仪表板横梁,文章提出采用长纤增强聚丙烯(PP)的铝塑混合结构,发现虽然较 PA-GF60 而 言,PP-LGF40 绝对拉伸强度和弹性模量较低,但比强度和比模量相当。通过增加壁厚、加强 筋、结构的拓扑优和 MOLDFLOW 的工艺分析,文章开发的 PP-LGF40 铝塑仪表板横梁,不 仅性能满足要求,还减重 40%左右,为铝塑混合结构零部件的开发提供了参考和实践指导意 义。

Abstract: At present, the car cross beam assembly is mainly welded with steel pipes and sheet metal. To develop a low-cost lightweight dashboard cross beam, the article proposes aluminum-plastic hybrid structure which used by long fiber reinforced Polypropylene. It is found that although PP-LGF40 had lower absolute tensile strength and elastic modulus compared to PA-GF60, but its specific strength and specific modulus are comparable. By increasing wall thickness, strengthening ribs, optimizing the topology of the structure etc, the final PP-LGF40 aluminum-plastic car cross beam has been developed which not only meet the performance requirements but also reduce weight by about 40%. This article provides reference and practical guidance for the development of aluminum-plastic hybrid structural components.
