车身防腐可靠耐久目标设计方法研究

摘要: 汽车车身防腐可靠耐久目标的设计,旨在确保车身在各种复杂环境和使用条件下,能 够有效抵抗腐蚀,维持产品性能在预定的使用寿命内满足客户需求。设定过高的防腐目标会 增加车身防腐成本,进而影响企业利润;而过低的目标则可能引发客户不满,损害产品声誉。 因此,合理设定防腐可靠耐久目标至关重要。该研究通过引入质量功能展开(QFD)和可靠 耐久研究方法,深入探讨了防腐目标设定的关键要素、研究对象及方法。实践案例证明,基 于完善的腐蚀目标设定方法,能够制定出既满足客户需求又避免设计过剩的“刚刚好”防腐 可靠耐久目标,从而在确保产品质量的同时控制成本。

Abstract: The design of anti-corrosion reliability and durability targets for automotive body aims to ensure that the body can effectively resist corrosion in various complex environments and operating conditions, and maintain product performance to meet customer needs within the predetermined service life. Setting too high anti-corrosion targets can increase the cost of body anti-corrosion, thereby affecting enterprise profits; while setting too low targets may lead to customer dissatisfaction and damage product reputation. Therefore, it is crucial to set anti-corrosion reliability and durability targets reasonably. This study introduces quality function deployment (QFD), reliability and durability research methods to deeply explore the key elements, research objects and methods of anti-corrosion target setting. Practice cases is proved that based on the improved corrosion target setting method, can develop "just right" anti-corrosion reliability and durability targets that not only meet customer needs but also avoid over design, so as to control costs while ensuring product quality.
