永磁同步电机扁线 6 层定子绕制嵌线技术研究

Research on Flat Wire 6-layer Stator Winding and Embedding Technology for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors

摘要: 驱动电机关乎着汽车的动力性能和能源转换效率,永磁同步扁线电机因其大扭矩、恒 功率、强磁场等优势逐步成为新能源汽车的首选。文章通过分析扁线多层电机的性能参数, 以永磁同步扁线 6 层定子电机为例,采用叠绕组和波绕组两种绕制方式展开绕组绘制图,对 6 层定子绕组接线方式进行了细致分析,得出叠绕短距绕制时节省端部用铜,但引接线比较 杂乱且最后线圈嵌线较困难;波绕组虽引接线整齐美观,但短距绕制时不能节省端部用铜量, 据此解读了扁线电机定子绕组的嵌线技术,力求解决职业院校教学中的难点和汽车维修技术 上的难题。

Abstract: The drive motor is crucial to the power performance and energy conversion efficiency of a car. Permanent magnet synchronous flat wire motors have gradually become the preferred choice for new energy vehicles due to their advantages such as high torque, constant power, and strong magnetic field. The article analyzes the performance parameters of a multi-layer flat wire motor and takes a permanent magnet synchronous flat wire 6-layer motor as an example. Two winding methods, stacked winding and wave winding, are used to unfold the winding diagram. The wiring method of the 6-layer stator winding is analyzed in detail, and it is found that copper is saved at the end during short distance winding of stacked winding, but the wiring is relatively messy and the final coil embedding is difficult. Although the lead wire of the wave winding is neat and beautiful, it cannot save the amount of copper used at the end during short distance winding. Based on this, the embedding technology of the stator winding of the flat wire motor is interpreted, aiming to solve the difficulties in vocational education and automotive maintenance technology.
