摘要: 文章旨在介绍一种创新的纯电动车底盘展具的连接支撑结构,以解决采用传统制造方 法所面临的问题,并提高底盘展具的展示效果和成本效益。采用商品车完整车身下部总成连 接的方式存在制作周期长、成本高和展示效果不佳的问题。为了克服这些问题,文章提出了 一种基于钢管连接支撑结构的新型设计方案,通过选取合适强度的钢管材料、设计钢管长度 和折弯角度,实现底盘前后桥和下部的支撑连接,最终实现底盘展具的制作和展示需求。

Abstract: This paper aims to introduce an innovative connection support structure for battery electric vehicle chassis exhibition equipment, in order to solve the problems faced by traditional manufacturing methods and improve the display effect and cost-effectiveness of chassis exhibition equipment. The method of connecting the complete lower body assembly of a commercial vehicle has the problems of long production cycle, high cost, and poor display effect. In order to overcome these problems, this paper propose a new design scheme based on steel pipe connection support structure. By selecting appropriate strength steel pipe materials, designing steel pipe lengths and bending angles, the support connection between the front and rear axles of the chassis and the lower part is achieved to meet the production and display requirements of the chassis exhibition equipment.
