汽车制造工艺学应用型人才培养新模式的探索

摘要： 随着“四新”为代表的新经济蓬勃发展，培养真正“满足”而非只是“适应”行业、 社会乃至国家发展的应用型创新人才势在必行。文章确定了汽车制造工艺学课程目标，明确 了课程教学改革要解决的三大重点问题。在课程改革实践过程中，积极开展线上与线下相结 合的多层次、多样化教学方式。建设课程案例资源库，将知识融入直观生动的案例之中。实 现信息技术与教学内容深度融合，探索工程类课程应用型人才培养教学模式改革的新途径。

Abstract: With the vigorous development of the new economy represented by the "Four New", it is imperative to cultivate application-oriented innovative talents who are truly "satisfied" rather than just "adapted" to the development of the industry, society and even the country. Here, the course goal of Automobile Manufacturing Technology is determined, and three key problems to be solved in the course teaching reform is prescribed precisely. In the course of curriculum reform, multi-level and diversified teaching methods combining online and offline are actively carried out. A course case resource library needs to be build up, integrating knowledge into intuitive cases, therefore realizing the deep integration of information technology and teaching content, and exploring a new way to reform the teaching mode of applied talents training for engineering courses.
