两挡混动变速器低成本液压系统开发

摘要: 传统变速器和混动变速器的液压系统一般采用先导比例电磁阀和滑阀组合的形式控制 主压,主压经过比例减压阀调压之后成为离合器控制压力,此类液压系统较为复杂,成本较 高。为降低混动变速器的成本,开发基于节流孔调节离合器控制压力的液压系统,通过 AMESim 仿真软件进行仿真计算,节流孔孔径设计值为 0.70 mm,为保证产品的一致性,减少 制造误差的影响,节流孔孔径的公差值为±0.015 mm。经过制作样件,搭载混动变速器进行 试验,结果验证有效,满足设计需求。

Abstract: The hydraulic system of the traditional transmission and the hybrid transmission generally uses a combination of a pilot proportional solenoid valve and a slide valve to control the main pressure. The main pressure becomes the clutch control pressure after being regulated by a proportional reducing valve. These hydraulic systems are complex and costly. In order to reduce the cost of the hybrid transmission, a hydraulic system based on an orifice to adjust the clutch control pressure is developed. The simulation calculation is carried out through the AMESim simulation software. The design value of the orifice diameter is 0.70 mm, in order to ensure the product consistency and reduce the influence of manufacturing error, the tolerance value of the diameter of the orifice is ±0.015 mm. After making the sample, it is carried on the hybrid transmission for test, which is verified to be effective and meets the design requirements.
